At styleuro, we place great importance on the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Conditions for a Return

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

• Original tags must still be attached to the item.

• Items must be in their original packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or gift receipt) is required.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

• Please contact our customer service at contact@styleuro.com.

• Indicate which items you wish to return, provide your order number, and state the reason for the return.

• Wait for our return instructions and the relevant return address notification. (Do not send packages without prior authorization).

Step 2: Prepare Return

• Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.

• Ensure that the items are free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of use.

• Include all original accessories and any related documents.

Step 3: Ship Return

• Send the package to the return address provided by customer service.

• We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

• Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

3. Refund Process

• Processing Time: Most returns are reviewed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

• Payout: Refunds are typically processed within 14–21 business days after the return is received.

• Refund Amount: The refund amount includes the price of the returned items as well as any applicable sales taxes.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are generally not refunded unless there are special circumstances (e.g., an error on our part).

• Payment Method: Refunds for purchases with an original receipt will be made using the original payment method. The exact timing of the credit depends on your financial institution. For gift receipts, a credit will be issued.

• Processing Fee: A return fee of 10 USD will be deducted from the refund amount for voluntary returns.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Returns for personal reasons (dislike / wrong size):

  If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer bears the shipping costs. The specific amount of shipping costs depends on the shipping service provider chosen by the consumer.

• Defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items:

  If the return is necessary due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged goods), styleuro will cover the return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution. Please send clear photos or videos of the issue to our customer service at contact@styleuro.com before initiating the return.

5. Special Circumstances

• Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or stolen during transit if the return was organized by the customer.

6. Exchange

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item(s) according to this policy and then reorder the desired item in the desired size or color.

7. Items Excluded from Return

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after receipt;

• Items returned without original packaging or original tags;

• Items returned after the 30-day return period has expired.

8. Reserved Rights

styleuro reserves the right to:

• Limit or refuse returns from customers whose return history indicates excessive or abusive return behavior ("wardrobing");

• Refuse returns if worn, altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete items have been returned in the past;

• Refuse returns if fraudulent activity is suspected;

• Dispose of items sent to our shipping or distribution center that are not from styleuro.
